About Terri
For more than twenty-five years, Terri Lundberg has been leading teams, building businesses, developing people, and helping organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation.
Her career has spanned entrepreneurship, healthcare leadership, executive management, leadership development, coaching, and speaking. Along the way, she began to notice a pattern that appeared regardless of industry, organization size, or leadership title. The challenges organizations struggled with most often were rarely operational in nature. More often, they stemmed from communication, accountability, trust, culture, and the ability of leaders to bring people together around a shared vision.
Over time, that realization shaped the direction of her work. While systems, processes, and strategy remain important, sustainable success ultimately depends on leadership. The quality of leadership influences culture, engagement, performance, and an organization's ability to navigate change. Understanding that connection became the foundation for the work Terri does today.
My Story
My interest in leadership began long before I ever held a formal leadership title.
Like many people, my understanding of confidence, growth, and personal responsibility developed through my own experiences. As a young person, I learned firsthand how dramatically our beliefs about ourselves influence the decisions we make and the outcomes we create. That lesson stayed with me throughout every season of my professional life.
At twenty-three, I launched my first business. While raising a family and completing my degree, I built a successful performance training company focused on helping athletes and individuals reach their potential. Those early years taught me lessons that no classroom could provide: how to build trust, create accountability, communicate expectations, and help people move beyond the limitations they place on themselves.
Looking back, many of the principles that would later shape my leadership philosophy were already taking root. Although the work focused on performance and personal development, it was ultimately about helping people grow in confidence, take ownership of their choices, and realize they were capable of more than they believed. Those same principles continue to influence my work with leaders and organizations today.
Leadership in the Real World
Over the years, my career expanded into organizational leadership and executive management, eventually leading me into one of the most challenging and rewarding chapters of my professional life.
After the acquisition of a healthcare company, I stepped into the role of CEO of Lundberg Medical Imaging. The organization faced significant operational and financial challenges, and the work ahead required far more than strategic planning. Success depended on culture change, leadership development, accountability, and helping people see what was possible when everyone moved in the same direction.
Over the next two years, the organization was transformed into a thriving and profitable business, culminating in a successful sale in 2023.
That experience reinforced something I had observed throughout my career: while systems, processes, and strategy all play important roles, they are only as effective as the leaders responsible for bringing them to life. Sustainable growth occurs when leaders create clarity, build trust, develop people, and foster cultures where individuals can perform at their best. That belief continues to guide my work with leaders and organizations today.
Why CORE360™
As I continued coaching leaders, facilitating training programs, and studying leadership through graduate education and professional development, I noticed a pattern.
Most leadership development focuses on behaviors and skills. Leaders are taught what they should do, but very little attention is given to the beliefs, identity, and mindset that drive those behaviors in the first place.
Yet every meaningful transformation I had experienced personally—and every meaningful transformation I had witnessed in others—started much deeper than tactics.
It started with identity.
CORE360™ was created to help leaders understand the connection between what they believe, who they believe themselves to be, how they behave, and the results they ultimately create.
The framework provides leaders with practical tools, but its real power comes from helping people create lasting change rather than temporary improvement.
Today, CORE360™ serves as the foundation for Terri's coaching, speaking, leadership development programs, and organizational consulting work.
